LATAR BELAKANG :
Sistem produksi pada saat ini dan di masa mendatang memegang peranan penting dalam melakukan proses produksi, karena merupakan metoda berproduksi yang akan menentukan keberhasilan dalam memenuhi tuntutan pasar industri. Dalam perkembangannya, sistem produksi banyak berkaitan dengan bidang lain seperti teknik produksi, komputasi, dan teknik pemrosesan informasi (information processing technology).
Penentuan kondisi pemotongan proses pemesinan yang paling baik atau optimum dalam pembuatan produk atau komponen mesin dan peralatan tidak hanya berkaitan dengan faktor teknologi proses saja, melainkan berkaitan pula dengan faktor ongkos dan mungkin juga dengan faktor lain seperti kecepatan produksi demi untuk memenuhi target atau pesanan ataupun untuk mencapai keuntungan secepat mungkin.
Dengan demikian, untuk perencanaan kondisi proses perlu ditunjang dengan data mengenai ongkos produksi, ongkos pahat, ongkos operasi, dan data pemesinan yang lengkap yang biasanya tidak diketahui oleh seorang operator mesin. Hal ini sesungguhnya memang merupakan tugas bagi seorang ahli teknik produksi yang menguasai teori, memiliki data, dan pengalaman yang memungkinkan dalam penentuan kondisi proses pemesinan sesuai dengan tujuan dengan sebaik mungkin atau optimum.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Sistem dan Ongkos Produksi (System and Cost Production).

Para praktisi tingkat operator, tingkat penyelia atau perencana bidang sistem dan ongkos produksi pada industri rekayasa.
TUJUAN TRAINING :
Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan ini para peserta diharapkan akan memiliki pemahaman lebih tentang pengetahuan sistem dan ongkos produksi.
CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :
1. Pengenalan atas sistem produksi yang diterapkan.
2. Sistem dengan berbagai jenis basis data
- basis data teknik (geometrik, NC program, dokumen teknik, manual, standar, pengetesan, pengukuran),
- basis data logistik (jadwal, daftar komponen/material, volume produksi, routing),
- basis data administratif (ongkos, waktu, efisiensi sistem, kerusakan/kendala).
3. Pengenalan teknik manajemen produksi
- penjadwalan, line balancing, ordering system, decision support system.
4. Struktur penghitungan ongkos
- struktur akuntansi perusahaan, cara penetapan depresiasi, bunga dan pajak.
5. Beban ongkos yang ditanggung oleh unit produksi (mesin & operator)
- ongkos langsung & tak langsung, sumber beban ongkos dan cara pembagian penanggungan ongkos pada bagian produksi s.d unit produksi.
6. Teknik penentuan menit kerja per unit produksi
- work sampling untuk menetapkan efektivitas unit kerja.
7. Penetapan ongkos operasi (Rp/menit), ongkos pahat, ongkos penyiapan produksi (pemrograman, jigs & fixtures, settings, dsb.)
8. Pembuatan, pengelolaan, dan pembaruan (updating) basis data ongkos khususnya bagi bagian pemesinan.
9. Pemakaian software penghitungan ongkos dan pemanfaatan basis data ongkos sesuai dengan standar yang dikembangkan pabrik.

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team
was graduated from politeknik universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
