Latar Belakang ;

Laporan keuangan sangat penting karena dapat menggambarkan ringkasan segala aktivitas perusahaan dalam satu periode akuntansi. Pihak manajemen sangat   berkepentingan dengan laporan ini sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Di dalam era teknologi informasi, sudah seharusnya laporan keuangan harus dapat dikelola secara lebih efisien dan efektif dengan melakukan proses otomatisasi  oleh software atau aplikasi yang tepat sehingga jumlah laporan keuangan secara maksimal dapat dihasilkan, termasuk Trial Balance report, Cash Flow report dan Financial Reporting Analysis

 

Tujuan :

  1. Melakukan dan membuat proses pengolahan data akuntansi keuangan (financial accounting) dalam satu siklus akuntansi (accounting cycle).
  2. Dapat mengisi transaksi jurnal, proses selanjutnya akan secara otomatis dikerjakan komputer, seperti proses posting ke buku besar dan buku pembantu, proses penyusunan laporan neraca percobaan sampai proses penyusunan laporan keuangan secara periodik bulanan dan tahunan.
  3. Membuat dan mendapatkan laporan analisa keuangan untuk perbandingan laporan Laba/Rugi dan Neraca Akhir  pada periode yang berjalan dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya berdasarkan bulan dan tahun secara cepat dan tepat.
