DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES

Deskripsi
Para eksekutif di luar bidang keuangan seringkali sulit dalam berkomunikasi dan memahami istilah-istilah teknis dalam bahasa keuangan. Padahal, semua masalah fungsional selalu berkaitan dengan keuangan. Pemahaman keuangan yang baik bagi semua eksekutif di perusahaan akan mengakibatkan pengelolaan perusahaan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
Pada industri sektor migas, proses bisnis, perlakuan pengelolaan keuangan memiliki spesifikasi yang berbeda dengan bidang usaha lainnya dari sisi perlakuan akuntansi karena diatur berdasarkan sistem kontrak bagi hasil atau Production Sharing Contract (PSC) yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu.
Kursus ini memberikan gambaran tentang kegiatan bisnis industri migas dan pemahaman dasar mengenai karakter ekonomi serta proses bisnis, akuntansi dan keuangan yang digunakan di dalamnya untuk melakukan operasi bisnis secara rutin dan mengambil keputusan investasi.

Objectives
Pelatihan ini akan memungkinkan peserta manajer non keuangan memahami dasar-dasar manajemen keuangan sehingga mereka akan:
